Tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions

Tickets are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable.

We will only offer refunds if the event is to be cancelled.

We are unable to offer refunds on tickets if you change your mind or are unable to attend. The line-up is unfortunately subject to changes beyond our control, but equivalent and appropriate substitutions will be made where and when necessary. The ticket sold is for the event and NOT for a specific artist. The cancellation and/or change of an artist should not be seen as a reason for a refund.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancelling or postponing a performance, any refunds will be made to the original purchaser  and via the same method that was used for payment.

We will contact you in the event of any changes to your booking. Please ensure that we have your current contact details.

No cameras or video or audio recording equipment are permitted on the premises without the express permission of the Event Promoter and Venue.

By buying a ticket, you are consenting to photography or video recording of your image for promotional purposes.

All tickets will be exchanged for Wrist Bands on arrival and they will be required for entry to the Event.
